Additional Property Attributes

This site consists of a closed school building and associated grounds. AVESTA housing purchased a portion of the site from the City of Portland and plans to redevelop it into a housing development.

Former Use: The site contains one building which was constructed in 1958 and used as the Mirada Adams Community School until 2006. Since then, the site has been vacant. According to available information, previous non-residential occupants of the site included the Portland Railroad Company, the Burgess, Forbes & Company White Lead & Color Works facility a can and hand grenade manufacturer, and an automobile storage and garage facility.
