Former Use: In 1979 the current owner, Brewster Properties Inc./Mr. Robert Brewster, purchased the Site from Mr. Fred Silkworth. According to the Elkhart County property records the building at the Site was constructed in 1990. Dygert Seating occupied the building during the 1990�s. Plyfoam, a division of Dygert Seating, was performing manufacturing operations at the Site. Based on Elkhart County Records, as of May 2, 2001 the site was occupied by Benteler Industries and was being utilized as a warehouse. The building is currently vacant and is for sale/lease a warehouse/light manufacturing building is currently present on-site.
