Additional Property Attributes

The current 3,195 square foot building occupies 90 percent of the parcel and is considered a warehouse. Vacated in July 2010, it is currently unoccupied. The Phase I ESA report states that "the property had a long historical use as a dry cleaning and dyeing facility. There are apparently three underground storage tanks on the property that have not been decommissioned. There are two sumps within the building that would also require investigation". A Phase II ESA is warranted.

Former Use: This small commercial site on a busy commercial corridor - currently an office building - was suspected of being a former dry cleaner. This past use was interfering with the owner's ability to sell the property.
