Property Highlights

The 10.3-acre Site was utilized as an unlicensed landfill between 1940 and 1975 and as an asphalt plant in the 1990s. The Site was used for storage of carnival vehicles and equipment. Three buildings from the previous asphalt plant are located on the Site including a testing lab, maintenance shop and a service shop. Owned by Lucas Brothers since the late 1980s.The redevelopment plan for the Site is a city park.

Former Use: The 10.3-acre Site was utilized as an unlicensed landfill between 1940 and 1975 and as an asphalt plant in the 1990s under private ownership.
