Additional Property Attributes

The former building had been removed prior to remediation activities. The building slab and footings were removed to facilitate the remediation activities. Once the slab was removed, soil contaminated areas were subsequently removed and disposed offsite at a licensed landfill. Contaminated soil remained below two feet below grade and was subsequently capped with a clean two-foot exposure barrier consisting of sand and topsoil. The area was then seeded. The site will be used as green space.
