Additional Property Attributes

The purpose of this assessment was to provide an updated Phase I Enviromental Site Assessment to facilitate a property transfer. This property is part of a larger property enrolled in the Brownfields/Voluntary Cleanup Program as Modern Distributing.

Former Use: Since 1925, the property has been used by the International Harvester company and for various warehousing operations. The State of Missouri is applying for a Brownfields assessment to facilitate purchase of the property. The current and future use of the property is a crime laboratory for the Missouri State Highway Patrol. This property is part of a larger property enrolled in the Brownfields/Voluntary Cleanup Program as Modern Distributing.
