Additional Property Attributes

The property has been a machine shop since at least 1927. All proceeds from the sale of the property will be donated to the Baker City High School College Fund. Former Use: The previous owner Walter A. Ostwaldis deceased. Walter A. Ostwald acquired the property in October of 1974 by inheritance from his parents: P. W. Ostwald and Anna B. Ostwald, who had owned the property since 1931 and also operated the property as a machine shop. Baker School District 5J acquired the property through donation following completion of environmental due diligence.
