We have completed a Phase I and the field work for a Phase II on this property, we have tested the sawdust pile and soils, we have found some higher levels of Dioxin/Furans, metals, vocs, and other unknown chemicals that we have not listed into our HSCA Leech Lake clean up standards. We are in the process at this moment on completing the draft Phase II report for this property.

Former Use: Private residences on the south end of her property. there is a known sawdust pile, the past ownership is the Champion International Paper Company.
