Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Kleinfelder interviewed Ms. Kim Anderson of the Sunrise Water Authority. Ms. Anderson stated that the Sunrise Water Authority purchased the site in April 2004 from the Damascus Community Church. The property is leased to Mr. Siri for farming. Mr. Siri reported that he has been associated with the parcel since 1980. Mr. Siri�s agricultural practices summarized above are considered applicable to this parcel. Ms. Anderson knew of no past buildings, USTs, hazardous material storage, pesticide/herbicide mixing or rinsing, wells, or a septic system. Ms. Anderson did not report releases of hazardous materials to the soil or groundwater at the property. She knew of no regulatory agency investigations regarding hazardous materials. Ms. Anderson also knew of no environmental-related liens, judgments, citations, violations associated with the subject site. However, Ms. Anderson indicated that the Oregon Department of State Lands may have opened a case against Mr. Siri due to alleged wetland disturbance.
