Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property combines four former parcels which were historically used for residences and a variety of small businesses. The petroleum contamination in the ground water is believed to originate from one of several former gasoline stations or other businesses in the vicinity that handled petroleum products, and is being addressed by NMED's petroleum corrective action fund.
