Additional Property Attributes

Review of historical sources and environmental database information did not identify any tangible evidence of regulated chemical use or man made facilities that constitute a REC. Therefore, we conclude the potential subsurface impairment from past property use to be low.

Former Use: Historical sources indicate the Property was utilized for residential purposes from at least 1894 until at least 1922. From at least 1940 until at least 1969, the Buerger Brothers Meat Company occupied the southwestern portion of the Property. The building utilized by the meat company existed until at least 1984 it is unknown whether the building was used for another purpose. The building affiliated with the former meat company was demolished by 1995 the Property appears to have been used as a parking lot from at least 1995 until the present.
