Additional Property Attributes

Review of historical sources and environmental database information did identify past commercial businesses that could have used currently regulated substances as part of their operations. Therefore, it was concluded that a potential material threat is possible. It should be noted that no fuel storage tanks were identified on the Sanborn maps at the Property.

Former Use: Historical sources indicate the Property was utilized for residential purposes from at least 1894 until the mid-1920s. In the mid-1920s, a commercial building including six commercial shops and a hotel was constructed on the northern part of the Property two commercial structures were also constructed on the southern portion of the Property. In the early 1950s, the southern portion of the Property was converted into a used auto sales lot the northern portion of the Property was used as a used auto sales lot beginning in the early 1960s. The Property was utilized as an auto sales yard until the mid-2000s,when it is presumed to have become used as a parking lot.
