Additional Property Attributes

This property is included in the East Billings Urban Renewal District, which is the grantee, Big Sky Economic Development Authority's BSEDA, and the City of Billings' effort to proactively address economic stagnation issues in the area east and adjacent to Downtown Billings. In addition, the East Billings Urban Renewal District will help implement the recommendations in the 1997 Downtown Billings work Plan. Grantee has no other relationship with the owner, other than the property being situated within the District's footprint.

Former Use: No structures exist at 2018 4th Avenue North. The lot is currently fenced. 2018 4th Avenue North and 2023 3rd Avenue North are believed to have been vacant lots. A LUST site located north of the subject property at 2111 4th Avenue North is currently listed as �high priority� and groundwater flow direction is assumed to be south and east across the site which would put the subject properties downgradient in terms of groundwater contamination.
