Additional Property Attributes

The BTA was conducted for Applied Realty Solutions, LLC with County support to evaluate environmental uncertainties associated with the property. According to Miami County, the building has been vacant for several years and sits on one of the most visible sites in Miami County. No "Recognized Environmental Conditions" were identified at the property therefore, no further assessment is necessary.

Former Use: Agricultural prior to 1947 a concrete plant operated on the property up to 1970. Commercial/industiral until approximately 2000.
