Property Highlights

The BTA was conducted for the City of Howard to evaluate the old public school, which they are proposing to have demolished so the property can get back to a productive use. An Asbestos Survey full NESHAP was also conducted in conjunction with the Phase I BTA to identify suspected asbestos containing materials ACM, which is required prior to demolition activities. No RECs were identified in the Phase I report. Asbestos was identified in the building and will need to be addressed prior to the demolition activities.

Former Use: Howard Public school since at least 1905.
