Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment revealed the presence of the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property: � The site owner indicated that an automobile dealership operated at the site. Additional assessment should be conducted throughout the site and soil samples should be collected and analyzed for Polynuclear Aromatic Hydrocarbons PAHs, eight RCRA metals, and Volatile Organic Compounds VOCs to identify potential impacts to soil and/or groundwater.

Former Use: In 1962, there were a small number of vehicles parked on the subject property which is otherwise vacant and undeveloped. Between 1975 and 1982, a Sonic Fast Food restaurant enclosed by a paved parking space was constructed on the northwest portion of the subject property. In the early 1990�s the subject property was purchased by Clarence D. and Carol M. Klinefelter and the restaurant was converted into a self-serve laundromat. A temporary storage trailer was placed on the north central portion of the subject property between 2005 and 2007 and is used by Frito-Lay Company.
