Additional Property Attributes

A Limited Asbestos Survey was performed of the structure located on the subject property. On February 3, 2011, eight samples of various building materials were collected plus 13 s for 21 analyses and submitted for analysis by polarized light microscopy PLM. The Limited Asbestos Survey revealed the presence of Asbestos-containing materials ACMs at the following location: � Sample 1, collected from the floor of the Warehouse revealed a of off-white floor tile that contains 5-10 Chrysotile Asbestos. The Tile Floor System covers an estimated 960 square feet.

Former Use: In 1962, the subject property was vacant and undeveloped. Interviews indicate that the commercial structure located on the northeast portion of the subject property was constructed in approximately 1968 and that was initially occupied by a Sears Roebuck Catalog Store. Other commercial entities to occupy the structure include a penny arcade. The structure was vacant for a five year period before prior to K-5 Enterprises began operating from the facility. K-5 Enterprises operates a Radio Shack Dealership and Appliance Store from the structure located on the subject property. The area south of the structure is enclosed by a chain-link fence and is used to store inventory for the Radio Shack. Additionally, there is storage trailer in the enclosed area that is accessible from the west. Furthermore, there is a small structure located in the southwest portion of the subject property which Allwyn Environmental did not access during the course of this Phase I ESA. No significant changes in use have occurred at the subject property since initial development.
