Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment did not reveal the presence of a recognized environmental condition in connection with the property.

Former Use: In 1975, there were several vehicles parked on the western portion of the subject property which was otherwise vacant and undeveloped. The uses on the subject property remained unchanged until the late 1980s when it was developed into an RV Park and the northwest portion of the subject property was paved with asphalt. Between 2003 and 2010, three propane ASTs were installed on the northwest portion of the subject property.
