Additional Property Attributes

The Town of Iva acquired the property in February 2009 and removed the UST system in February 2010. The UST system had last been used in the early 1980s. The town has subsequently graded and paved the property and constructed an open shelter for use as a farmers market and town activities. Assessment of the petroleum release at the site is continuing.
