Additional Property Attributes

BTA conducted for City of El Dorado for a property they are proposing to acquire for redevelopment. It is located in mixed industrial and commercial. RECs were identified as potential contaminants associated with: soils located on the site identified as "oil waste land" in the Butler County Soil Survey, historic oil and gas production on the site and adjoining properties, and fill dirt of unknown origin observed on the site during reconnaissance. Phase II is recommended.
