A purchase & sales agreement has been signed with a prospective developer.

Former Use: The site has been owned by the current owner since 1920 and has two buildings known as the Gristmill and Creamery buildings. The buidlings are not occupied. The Gristmill building is situated with a part of its foundation system incorporated into a dam across the Lamoille River.
