Property Highlights

The site is within the village of Wolcott and south of the former Lamoille Valley Railroad. The railroad corridor is railbanked and currently being redevelop as a railtrail. The Town is redeveloping this site as a trailhead facility. An RFP for engineering services has been let. Funding is secured for redevelopment.

Former Use: The property was owned by the St. Johnsbury and Lamoille County Railroad until 1951. The former Depot building was moved and currently serves as a daycare.
