Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is comprised of a two adjoining parcels encompassing approximately 0.57 acres. The parcels are identified by Lexington County Tax Map numbers 004657-12-011 & 004657-12-012. The subject site and immediate vicinity include mixed development including commercial and residential properties.This facility is currently an active vehicle dealership operating as Meeting Street Motors southern section and a vehicle body shop operating as P&E Trucks northern section.

Former Use: The subject property consists of three structures with two structures on parcel number 004557-12-011 and a single structure on parcel number 004657-12-012. The first structure on parcel 004557-12-011 is a rectangular 30 feet x 60 feet, single storey, stucco building with an asphalt roof that is currently acting as the main office to the Meeting Street Motors company. The structure is located on the northern section of parcel 004557-12-011 and was constructed in 1928. The structure later had an addition added to the eastern side between 1965 and 1968. The second structure on parcel 004557-12-011 is a rectangular 12 feet x 20 feet, single storey, stucco building with an asphalt roof that is currently acting as the office for P&E Trucks. The second structure is located on the northeastern section of parcel 004557-12-011 and was built in the early 1950�s. The third structure, which is located on parcel 004657-12-012 is a rectangular 30 feet x 70 feet, single storey, concrete block building with an asphalt roof, that is currently acting as the auto repair and body work shop for P&E Trucks. The third structure is located on the eastern section of parcel 004657-12-012 and was built in the late 1980�s. Floor drains were not observed in the three buildings.
