Additional Property Attributes

� Sewer, water, fiberoptic cable, and electric utilities are known to service the Property � The Property is currently comprised of four industrial buildings � The buildings are currently occupied by an ambulance service, an equipment parts warehouse, and a glass parts warehouse � The Property is flat with gentle slope to the south � The Property elevation is approximately 1,195 feet above mean sea level MSL � The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA � The Property�s geology consists of the Quaternary-age Alluvium overlaying Permian-age sedimentary rocks � Soils at the Property are classified as �Urban Land� � Oklahoma Corporation Commission OCC records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks USTs, aboveground storage tanks ASTs, water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property

Former Use: According to historic sources, the Property was utilized for residential purposes from at least the late 1800s until the early 1930s. In 1934, Buildings 1 and 3 were constructed in 1948, Building 2 was built between Buildings 1 and 3. Building 4 was constructed in 1950. Since their construction, the known uses of buildings on the Property have included an auto sales facility, auto repair facilities, various warehouses, a mailing facility, and a health transit facility.
