Additional Property Attributes

This property was formerly the location of a kitting mill. The property was included in the Work Plan for the Pilot Program. However, interest in redeveloping the property was significant and assessment of the property was completed prior to the grant award. The property has been transferred to a private company, Blake Street, Ltd., for development into commercial office space in 2003. As the property is located in the historic district of the City, it was eligible for Historic Tax Credits.

Former Use: The property was formerly a knitting mill. The property was assessed in 2004, and has since been transferred to a private company for redevelopment.
