Additional Property Attributes

This property was the site of the inaugural cookout for President Pierce. The property was subsequently occupied by a cider mill present, a cottage present, and a two story home present. The fire pit for the inaugural celebration is still present on the river bank. A local mechanic used the site for many years to store his collection of vintage diesel trucks and construction equipment. The town wants to create a waterfront park.

Former Use: This is small lot that is occupied by a small 2-story home and a cottage. The remains of the Franklin Pierce inaugural celebration fire pit is located on the property. The property was used for 30 years for outside storage of a gentleman's antique trcuk collection.
