Additional Property Attributes

This property is adjacent to a former dry cleaner where EPA Emergency Removals Program excavated and removed PCE contaminated soil. The primary concern is soil vapor intrusion. Previous assessment work indicated a potential exposure risk. More sampling needed to assess soil vapor intrusion.

Former Use: This is a two story commercial building located adjacent to Shamrock Cleaners. Recent information indicates potential impacts to indoor air and groundwater at the subject site.
