Additional Property Attributes

"The BTA was conducted for Leavenworth to evaluate properties for redevelopment as a hotel and convention center. Based on information collected during the Phase I report, it appears that the All Appropriate Inquiry was obtained with no significant data gaps. A "Recognized Environmental Condition" (REC) was identified as potential petroleum and hazardous substances associated with former auto repair operations. Phase II activities were conducted with no contamination found. Asbestos Survey were conducted as an addtiaional scope outside of the ASTM-1527-05 Phase I assessment. "

Former Use: Historical use of the property include a used car dealership from 1972 - 1977 and an automotive repair facility from 1983 - 2003.
