"BTA conducted for the City of Larned to evaluate a property with petroleum uncertainties,located at a prime location within the City. RECs were: contaminants associated with the ASTs and fuel pumps associated with the service station formerly located on the site, and potential contaminants associated with unknown materials that may have been discharged to the shop floor drain -- oil/water separator over time are RECs to the site, as well as the unknown use of the site prior to development as a service station. Phase II did not identify contaminants above cleanup levels.

Former Use: Service station, which closed prior to 1969. Various private individuals until 1999. Ralph Baird Motors, Inc. from 99 to 2005 when current owner obtained.
