Additional Property Attributes

� The Study Area was a former Texaco fueling/service station. The status of the onsite USTs, OWS, hydraulic lift system, and any soil and/or groundwater contamination is unknown therefore the Study Area is considered a Potential REC. � Groundwater contamination from numerous upgradient source areas has the potential to impact the property. Groundwater contamination is a Potential REC.

Former Use: The site was formerly used as an Enterprise Car Rental agency. No fuel islands or large scale maintenance activities occurred on site. The property contained a one story building built in 1958.
