The subject property is located within a high traffic corridor for the City of South Haven. The site is developed with a 924 sq. ft. building that has been vacant since former Checker Restaurant operations ceased in 2006.

Former Use: The subject property consists of 0.73 acres of commercial property within a high traffic corridor for the City of South Haven. A private residence was located on the property from the 1920s-approximately 1992. The site was developed as a restaurant with the existing 924 sq. ft. building in 1993. The site was operated as a restaurant under various names until 2006. The property was vacant from 2006 until acquired by GQ, LLC in March of 2011. GQ, LLC is reportedly in the process of renovating the site to re-open as a restaurant.
