Additional Property Attributes

This property is located adjacent to a existing railway and former military base. The site will be utilized for a recreational park that allows overnight stays. Nature Paths will be established along with various outdoor facilites. The Not-for-Profit Developer has RECYCLED building and storage materials utililzed for seasonal props (Halloween Scary Trail this year) as well as discarded debris. Developer has continued to develop area with minimum environmental impact with great success.

Former Use: The parcel is privately owned but previously owned at one time by the US Government, US Air Force, Chennault Air Base. There is evidence of historical debris dumping on the site. Also, the northern side of the property abuts a railroad
