Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of unimproved agricultural land that was used for the production of row crops from at least 1937 until approximately 1952 when it was improved with two commercial buildings located on the north and south portions of the subject property respectively and associated paved and landscaped areas. By 1973, both of these buildings had been demolished and the subject property was improved with the current commercial building and associated paved and landscaped areas. The only identified historical occupant of the former subject buildings is Flint Asphalt and Paving Co. Identified historical occupants of the current subject building include Just We Three Discount Retail Department Store, Diamond Cleaners, and Diamond Linen Service. Diamond Linen Service the most recent occupant operated as a commercial laundry-mat and a dry cleaner plant according to the city directories. The subject property has been vacant and unused for a significant or obvious purpose since at least 2010.
