Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of a vacant lot, generally bound by a vacant lot to the north, North Francis Avenueand a parking lot to a commercial building to the east, a parking lot and a commercial building to the south, and a commercial building to the west.The subject property consists of approximately 0.16 acre and is presently a vacant lot. The lot to the north is also vacant several commercial buildings are located in the vicinity. Historic records indicate the Property was utilized for residential purposes from at least 1922 until 2001, when the structure caught fire and was demolished. The Property has been vacant from March 2001 until the present.

Former Use: Historic records indicate the properties and blocks surrounding the Property were utilized for residential purposes from at least 1906 until the mid- to late-1940s. At that time, commercial activity began to be apparent in the neighborhood, and several commercial and light industrial operations, including filling stations, auto repair, and drycleaning facilities, began to be present along Classen Boulevard.The Property is listed as residential from 1930 until 1993, and is currently vacant. A limited phase II was done because of possible concerns with adjoining Properties. Phase II findings did not note any signficant environmental concerns.
