Tanks were removed and clean-up cost estimates were produced.

Former Use: The Bikini Coffee Corner, a small coffee kiosk, is currently operated at the Site through a lease with owners J.R. and Nancy Inman. The kiosk is the only business that has operated on the otherwise vacant Site since October 1980. Doughten Ford Sales, Inc. operated a car wash on the Site, which was adjacent to its Ford dealership, from 1969 to 1980. A greasing an tire service was located on the site in the 1940's and a welding shop was located on the site during the 1920's.
