Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The project site includes approximately 44 acres and can be described as all of Parcel 1 of Certificate of Survey 16926, a 2.4 acre portion of Parcel 3 of Certificate of Survey 16926 and a 15.2 acre portion of Parcel 2 of Certificate of Survey 16926 located within the SE � of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 22 West. The project site includes the former DNRC agency site with two office buildings, vehicle storage and smaller storage sheds clustered in the eastern half of the site. The land is fairly level with a small pond west of the agency site and a small hill located to the west and south of the pond. An additional retention pond is located south of the agency site along Highway 93. The project site was once farmland and surrounded by adjacent agricultural land and a gravel pit, located northeast of the project site. The project site has been owned continuously by the State of Montana and is currently controlled by the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation.
