Property Highlights

The Riverside Business Park is a 8.72� acre parcel of land located along North Riverside Drive and Absecon Boulevard in the City of Atlantic City. The city is proposing to redevelop the property with commercial and light industrial development and is currently negotiating property acquisition on the some of the remaining waterfront lots. An application for brownfield development area was submitted to the NJDEP in March 2009.

Former Use: A majority of the property is undeveloped vacant land. The western portion of the property is developed with a brick facade office building and pump house that were formerly used by the Atlantic County Utility Authority sewage treatment facility located north of the property across Clam Thorofare. The northwestern portion of the property is developed with a dilapidated residential dwelling.
