Additional Property Attributes

The Property is located on the SW corner of NE 16th and North MLK Avenue, Sewer, water, and electric utilities are known to service the Property. The Property is comprised of 2.3 acres and is currently vacant. The Property slopes to the north and to the west. The Property elevation is approximately 1,200 feet above mean sea level MSL. The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA. The Property?s geology consists of the Quaternary-age Alluvium overlaying Permian-age sedimentary rocks. Soils at the Property are classified as ?Urban Land?

Former Use: The Property is owned by the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority. Oklahoma Corporation Commission records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks USTs, aboveground storage tanks ASTs, water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property. The Property was historically residential with a small auto repair operation present from the mid-1950s until the early 1960s. The auto repair facility located on the Property from the mid-1950s until the early 1960s constitutes a REC for the Property. Furthermore, the SE adjacent LUST case occurring at 1600 N MLK Avenue also constitutes a REC for the Property.
