Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Thropp property contains two dilapidated buildings formerly used for manufacturing purposes. The property was developed pre-1890s for manufacturing, and has served as manufacturing for the Trenton Engine Works, Thropp's Sons Company Manufacturing Rubber Machinery, and Atlas Welding. Trenton acquired the property in 1988. The property has not been used for any purpose during the City's period of ownership.
