Former Use: The approximately 1.8 acre property is currently occupied by the Baptist Professional Building, the Henley Community Center, and the vacant Baptist Medical Inn. The six-story building was constructed in 1971 and contains medical and administrative offices and a conference center. The portions of the property not occupied by these buildings are utilized for surface parking. According to historical information the subject property has been occupied by residences, a church, a fire station, and retail businesses, including a vehicle repair shop, in the past.
