Property Highlights

Former Use: The property is a portion of the former Union Pacific Railroad yard in Las Vegas, NV dating back to at least 1943. Specifically, the parcels that comprise the assessed property in this project were used a wash track area from approximately 1950 to 1983. The parcels were investigated and remediated for total petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in the soils, although subsequent investigations did indicate some continued TPH contamination. Other investigations have indicated groundwater contamination from TPH beneath the site and the presence of a NAPL plume under a portion of the site.
