Additional Property Attributes

BTA was conducted for the City of Caldwell to evaluate the City's community center that is being rehabilitated. Total project cost is 828,500. The City of Caldwell has received elveraged frunding from the Kansas Department of Commerce Small Cities Improvements Program in the amount of 400,000. The City will also be utilizing a loan of 190,000 and a grant of 200,000 from USDA Rural Development and City match funds of 28,500. No RECs were identified. Construction is scheduled to start in August.
