Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Possible/storage of waste sludge potential railroad or refinery source/ no official documentation. The area contained a large quantity of petroleum contamination likely from former and oil and gas operations. After cleanup, the area will remain as greenspace during the short-term, and reduction of the source mass and contaminated soils will reduce exposure to people in the area as well as groundwater contamination to the Poplar River. Longer-term uses including railroad storage and construction of a transloading facility are proposed.
