Additional Property Attributes

The BTA conducted for the City of Derby to evaluate a property that is proposed for redevelpment. The propoised widening of Meadowlark Road will require demolition of the building. No RECs were identified on the property therefore, no further assessment is being recommended at this time.

Former Use: limited agricultural and airfield operations have been the primary use of the site from late 1800s until 2007.
