Additional Property Attributes

The site is developed with three structures and asphalt surface parking across three east-to-west contiguous parcels Richland County Tax ID Nos. R-08912-07-08, -09, and -10 respectively along the north side of Gervais Street approximately 1-acre total. The three structures operate collectively as City Market Arts and Antiques. The easternmost structure, located at 711 Gervais Street, is a single-story, approximately 8,000 ft2 warehouse/retail showroom. The structure at the center of the site, located at 707 Gervais Street, is a single-story, approximately 12,500 ft2 warehouse/retail showroom with a finished basement. This building in connected to the 711 Gervais structure by an enclosed ramp. The westernmost structure, located at 705 Gervais Street, is a single-story, approximately 11,300 ft2 warehouse/retail showroom with a finished basement.
