The BTA was conducted for the City of Hutchinson/Reno County Economic Development to evaluate a property that is being marketed for reuse. This site is being worked through the KDHE Central Prairie RD&D petroleum assessment Cooperative agreement under CERCLA 104k Grant No. 98797801. RECs were identified as the location of the USTs previously on the site, current status of monitor in the KDHE LUST Trust fund and SQG violations and use/storage of solvents on an adjacent property i.e. Shields Industries. It is recommended that the on-site monitoring wells be sampled.
