Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Parcel A of the subject property was first developed between 1895 and 1914. Tinlinn Apartment building was constructed in approximately 1895, however historical documentation indicates a year between 1912 and 1914. Tinlinn Apartments remained on the subject property at the completion of this Phase I ESA, however it is vacant. Parcel B of the subject property was first developed by 1886 with three residential dwellings. In 1928, one of the three dwellings was demolished and the Berridge Hotel was built. By 1966, the remaining two dwellings were demolished and a parking lot was developed. The Berridge Hotel remained in use on the subject property at the completion of this Phase I ESA. Parcel C of the subject property was first developed in 1892 by a large residential structure. By 1930 the residential structure was removed and the current commercial building with a one-story office on the east end and a two-story garage on the west end was constructed. Other occupancies on the property have been various automotive service and repair shops until 1990 when Carriage Town Nail operated on the property. From 1995 until 2000, Creative Change Hypnosis and Personal & Psychological operated on the property. Since 2000 through the completion of this Phase I ESA, the property has been used for storage.
