Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The earliest records of this property date back as far as 1892, when Sanborn Map shows unimproved vacant land, except for a residential garage structure on the property. Two residential structures and a garage were added in the 1902-late 60's range, when the property was utilized as residential and as a doctor's office. Inthe 1970's another residential structure was improved to the property and had the following owners/occupants: Bonded Insulation and Custom Awnings, Garland Secretarial Service, Parker Reality, Executive Institute, Anna Aslin. 1980's to present, one residential structure was improved to property, and owned and occupied by Berridge Place, LLC and GCLB.
