Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of vacant land until approximately 1972 when it was developed as a gasoline filling station. The small commercial building was built in 1972, with associated driveways/parking areas, three underground storage tanks USTs were installed in 1972, and one UST was installed in 1974, then a canopy was built in 2000.
