Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Aerial photographs from 1937-1940's show there was a large structure potential barn and an associated driveway. At this time it was agricultural land used for the production of row crops. In the 1950's-1960's, a small nearly rectangle structure was added and looked to be residential. From early-mid 1960's the subject property was vacant and the soil was excavated. Up until the mid 1960's there is no record of owners or occupants. From the mid-1960's to 1997 there is record of one commercial structure filling station, with three potential pump islands, two USTs, associated driveways and parking areas. At this time the owners/occupants listed are: Clark Oil and Refining Corp. and Cornwall Properties, Inc. From 1997-present the records show one commercial structure filling station, unoccupied, with canopy, two USTs, associated outbuildings, driveways and parking areas. Owners listed are OTG1 LLC, Baber Arif Investments, SE Michigan Gas Station, and GCLBA.
